  1. Preheat oven to 400F and spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix biscuit mix, cheese, and milk together to form a sticky dough
  3. Drop lumps of dough onto cookie sheet about 1.5in apart and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. In a smaller bowl, melt butter and then mix the garlic salt and oregano in.
  5. After 10 minutes, take the biscuits out and brush with the butter mixture.
  6. Bake for 5 minutes, then switch heat to 350F and bake for another 5 minutes.
  7. Then eat!
